Hey, Heather. Been following your blog(s) for a while now. Who is your provider? I work for Home Telephone and if its us, would love to find out if I can make it right for you. Also, Home is totally in support of having Google come here. We think it’d be GREAT!
It has actually been better over the last three months or so. For a long time we had a problem with continual dropping and an inability to explain that we were aware enough to understand when a problem existed within our home network vs outside.
I haven’t tested our download speed in the evening, but in the morning, when traffic shouldn’t really be an issue we get around 6 – 7MBps down (paying for 10) and .<1Mbps up.
