I'm so sorry that you have to endure this. Last month, they attached a vertical pipe and spigot to my neighbor's meter.. and turned it on. I wasn't sure if it was mine or not, for a while. It ran for hours. I've had post meter issues, when we lived in Jacksonville, so I worried. I'm glad they put the spigot 2.5 feet in the air. I spent the most amazing time staring and wondering how my vehicle has never hit that before.. I'm glad the starched shirts came. *hug* ahhh BCWAS… what joy!
